Russia cuts petchem export duties for October.
Petrotahlil -The Russian government announced that export duties levied on petrochemical products and crude oil would go down next month.
The duty levied on benzene, xylenes and toluene is set at $13.60/tonne from 1 October 2020, down from $14.20/tonne in September, according to an announcement of the Russian Economic Development Ministry.
Next month Russia's export duty imposed on naphtha will amount to $24.90/tonne, from $26.10/tonne.
Russia reviews its export duties levied on petrochemical products on a monthly basis in line with changes of the crude oil export duty. From 1 October, Russia's export duty imposed on crude oil will amount to $45.4/tonne from $47.5/tonne in the previous month.
Russia's export duty levied on liquefied hydrocarbon gases will amount to $0/tonne in October or unchanged month-on-month.
